Discord Bot

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy") govern your use of all Discord bots developed and operated by Stegripe Development ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to the Rawon and other community bots hosted under the Stegripe organization.

By using our Discord bots, you agree to these Terms and this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

  • Do not use our bots for any form of harassment, spam, illegal activity, or content that violates Discord's rules.
  • You may not modify, resell, redistribute, or host our bots without explicit written permission.
  • Automated interactions, exploit attempts, or abuse of command systems are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Service Availability

Our Discord bots are provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or data retention.
We reserve the right to modify, disable, or terminate any bot service at any time, with or without prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our bots for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Abuse or misuse of our services.
  • Discord account suspension or termination.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect

Our Discord bots may collect the following limited information:

  • User Data: User IDs, usernames, and message content related to bot commands.
  • Server Data: Server IDs, channel IDs, and configuration settings related to bot features.
  • Usage Data: Logs of interactions for debugging, analytics, and improvement.

3.2 How We Use the Data

Collected data is used only to:

  • Operate and maintain core bot functionality.
  • Improve user experience and feature reliability.
  • Detect and prevent abuse or misuse of services.

3.3 Data Retention

We retain collected data for as long as necessary to maintain service functionality.
If a bot or server is removed, associated configuration data may be automatically deleted.

3.4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
However, in cases of legal requests or abuse reports, relevant data may be disclosed to Discord or authorities as required by law.

You can request data deletion or opt-out from analytics by contacting us through our official support channels at https://stegripe.org/discord.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update these Terms and this Policy at any time.
Continued use of our bots after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
