These Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy") govern your participation in and use of Minecraft servers operated by Stegripe Development, including but not limited to Nusaverse and related public or private Stegripe-managed game servers.
By connecting to and playing on our servers, you agree to these Terms and this Policy.
If you do not agree, please disconnect and refrain from accessing our servers.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 Player Conduct
All players must follow these core behavioral standards:
- Be respectful and kind to all players and staff.
- No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or excessive profanity.
- No cheating, exploiting, or using third-party modifications that provide unfair advantages.
- No griefing, stealing, or destruction of property belonging to others.
- Respect staff decisions and server rules at all times.
Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on severity.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your Minecraft account while connected to Stegripe servers.
Staff will not be held accountable for any loss, damage, or punishment resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Server Access and Availability
Our Minecraft servers are community-based services provided "as is".
We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime, data persistence, or availability of worlds and inventories.
The Stegripe team reserves the right to:
- Reset, modify, or wipe worlds periodically.
- Remove inactive players or expired claims.
- Suspend or close the server at any time without prior notice.
2.4 Donations and Monetization
Any donation or contribution made to the Stegripe Minecraft servers is voluntary and non-refundable.
Benefits received through donations are purely cosmetic or supportive and do not imply ownership or special privileges beyond the stated terms.
2.5 Staff Authority
Server administrators and moderators represent Stegripe and have the authority to enforce rules and apply disciplinary actions when necessary.
Harassment or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data We Collect
While using our Minecraft servers, we may collect and temporarily store:
- Player Identifiers: Minecraft UUID, username, IP address.
- Gameplay Data: Chat logs, world interactions, coordinates, and inventory states.
- Technical Data: Server logs for debugging and performance monitoring.
3.2 How We Use the Data
Collected data is used solely to:
- Ensure fair play and maintain community safety.
- Diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse.
- Improve server performance and user experience.
3.3 Data Retention
Gameplay and log data may be stored temporarily for moderation and analysis purposes.
Data related to banned or inactive players may be purged periodically.
3.4 Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data.
Limited data may be disclosed only:

- To assist Discord or Mojang/Microsoft in investigations of misconduct.
