Stegripe Minecraft Servers Agreement
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Minecraft Servers Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and participation in Minecraft servers operated, managed, or affiliated with Stegripe, including Nusaverse. By connecting to, playing on, or taking part in the community of any such server, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- "Stegripe," "we," "us," and "our" mean Stegripe and its divisions, including Stegripe Development, together with PT Stegripe Group Indonesia, the official corporate entity supporting Stegripe's legal, infrastructure, digital services, and business operations.
- "Server" means any Minecraft server that Stegripe operates or manages for its own community, such as Nusaverse, together with its worlds, plugins, and related services.
- "Affiliated Server" means a Minecraft server that is officially associated with Stegripe but operated by a third party.
- "Staff" means the people Stegripe authorizes to administer, moderate, or support a Server.
- "Player" or "you" means anyone who connects to a Server or takes part in its community spaces.
- "Server Rules" means the rules Staff publish for a specific Server, in-game or in the Server's official community channels.
2. Scope
2.1. This Agreement applies to all Servers and their official community spaces, such as related Discord channels.
2.2. Affiliated Servers are operated by third parties under their own rules and policies. This Agreement applies to them only as far as their operators adopt it, and Stegripe is not responsible for their operation.
2.3. Each Server may have its own Server Rules. They apply in addition to this Agreement, and if they conflict with it, the Server Rules prevail for that Server.
2.4. Minecraft servers that customers run on game server hosting purchased from Stegripe are operated by those customers. They are not covered by this Agreement.
2.5. Your use of Minecraft is also governed by the Minecraft End User License Agreement, the Minecraft Usage Guidelines, and the terms that apply to your Microsoft account. This Agreement does not replace them.
3. Unofficial Status and Trademarks
3.1. Servers are unofficial community fan servers. They are not official Minecraft products and are not approved by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
3.2. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft. Minecraft game assets and related intellectual property belong to Mojang and Microsoft. Stegripe does not claim ownership of them.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
4.1. You must hold a legitimate Minecraft account and be allowed to use Minecraft under its applicable terms.
4.2. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Do not share your account or let banned players use it.
4.3. Stegripe may require extra steps to join or keep access to a Server, such as whitelisting, linking a Discord account, or accepting Server Rules.
5. Player Responsibilities
When you play on a Server, you agree to:
- follow this Agreement, the Server Rules, and reasonable Staff instructions;
- treat other Players and Staff respectfully and help keep the community casual, peaceful, and welcoming;
- use only text, skins, names, builds, and other content that is appropriate for a general community;
- report bugs, exploits, and rule violations to Staff instead of using or spreading them; and
- appeal Staff decisions only through the channels Staff provide, not by retaliating or harassing anyone.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- use hacked clients, cheats, unfair modifications, macros, auto-clickers, X-ray tools or resource packs, or other tools that give an unfair advantage, unless the Server Rules expressly allow them;
- exploit bugs, glitches, duplication methods, or plugin flaws;
- grief, steal, or destroy other Players' builds or items, unless the Server Rules expressly allow it;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, dox, or impersonate any Player or Staff member;
- post or build content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate or illegal;
- spam chat, advertise other servers or services, or post scam or phishing links;
- use lag machines, crash exploits, or other actions intended to degrade Server performance;
- attack, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to a Server, its hosting infrastructure, databases, or Staff accounts, including through denial-of-service attacks;
- evade a ban, mute, or other restriction, including by using alternate accounts;
- buy, sell, or trade in-game items, accounts, or Server benefits for real money or other off-Server value, unless Stegripe expressly offers or allows it; or
- falsely claim to be Staff, or claim that you represent Stegripe, Mojang, or Microsoft.
7. Staff Authority and Moderation
7.1. Staff may monitor in-game activity and community spaces to enforce this Agreement and the Server Rules.
7.2. Staff may decide in good faith how to interpret and apply the rules, including in situations those rules do not expressly cover.
7.3. Staff decisions may be appealed through the process described in the Server Rules or in the Server's official community channels. Stegripe has final authority over its Servers.
8. Data and Privacy
8.1. Information processed. Depending on the server software and plugins in use, Stegripe may process:
- your Minecraft username and unique player identifier (UUID);
- your IP address and connection information, for security, anti-abuse, and ban enforcement;
- in-game chat messages and commands;
- gameplay records kept by the server software or plugins, such as inventories, locations, statistics, and block or item activity; and
- if you link your Discord account, your Discord identifiers.
8.2. Purpose. Stegripe uses this information only to operate, secure, moderate, maintain, and improve the Servers, to investigate rule violations and roll back damage, and to enforce this Agreement. Stegripe does not sell your personal information.
8.3. Retention. Stegripe keeps information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Ban, moderation, and security records may be kept longer where needed to prevent abuse.
8.4. Third parties. Servers may rely on third-party hosting providers, plugins, and services, such as server-listing or voting sites. Those parties process data under their own terms and policies. Information you provide directly to third-party sites, such as when voting, is governed by that site's policies.
8.5. Security. Stegripe takes reasonable measures to protect the information it processes. However, no system is completely secure, and Stegripe cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.6. Your requests. You may contact Stegripe as described in Section 16 to ask about or request deletion of information associated with you. Stegripe may keep records it needs for moderation, security, or legal compliance.
9. Player Content and Builds
9.1. You keep whatever rights you have in the original content you create on a Server. By creating it there, you grant Stegripe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, modify, back up, and reproduce it. This license covers operating the Server, as well as promoting the Server and the Stegripe community, for example in screenshots, videos, trailers, and posts by Stegripe or its divisions.
9.2. Builds and other content exist inside worlds that Stegripe operates. Stegripe may move, edit, roll back, or remove any content at its discretion, for example during resets, moderation, or maintenance.
9.3. Content in Minecraft worlds necessarily uses Minecraft assets owned by Mojang and Microsoft. Your rights in your content do not extend to those assets.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Stegripe and its licensors keep all rights in the Servers' own names, logos, branding, custom builds, configurations, and other original materials created by or for Stegripe.
10.2. Third-party plugins, mods, maps, and other components used on a Server remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licenses.
10.3. You may create and share screenshots, videos, and streams of your gameplay on a Server, provided you comply with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and do not suggest that Stegripe officially endorses or sponsors your content.
11. In-Game Items, Ranks, and Perks
11.1. In-game currencies, items, ranks, and perks have no real-world monetary value. You have no ownership interest in them, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
11.2. Stegripe may change, rebalance, reset, or remove in-game items, economies, ranks, and perks at any time. This may happen, for example, during world resets, updates, or rule enforcement.
11.3. If Stegripe offers any paid perks or supporter benefits on a Server, they must comply with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and are subject to any purchase terms presented at the time of purchase.
12. Availability, Resets, and Discontinuation
12.1. Servers are provided on an "as available" basis. They may be interrupted or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, Minecraft version changes, hosting issues, attacks, or other causes.
12.2. Stegripe may change Server versions, game modes, plugins, worlds, and rules, and may reset or archive worlds, with or without notice.
12.3. Stegripe may temporarily or permanently close any Server. Stegripe is not required to provide copies of worlds, builds, or player data when it does, but may choose to.
13. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination
13.1. If you violate this Agreement or the Server Rules, Staff may take any of the following actions, depending on the severity and history of the violation:
- issue a warning;
- mute you, kick you, or apply a temporary ban;
- issue a permanent ban covering one or more Servers and their community spaces;
- remove or roll back content, items, or progress connected to the violation; or
- report the conduct to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
13.2. Staff may act without prior notice where needed to protect Players, the Servers, or Stegripe.
13.3. Restrictions apply to you as a person. They also apply to any alternate accounts you use.
13.4. You may stop playing at any time. Sections 9, 10, 14, and 15 survive any termination of this Agreement.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Servers are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Stegripe does not warrant that a Server will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that builds, items, or progress will be preserved.
14.2. Stegripe is not responsible for the conduct of other Players, for content they create or share, or for third-party websites and services linked from a Server.
14.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stegripe, its divisions, Staff, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, builds, items, progress, or access, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, a Server. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. General Provisions
15.1. Changes. Stegripe may update this Agreement from time to time and will update the effective date above when it does. If you keep using a Server after the updated Agreement takes effect, you accept the changes.
15.2. Applicable law. This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
15.3. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15.4. No waiver. If Stegripe does not enforce a provision, that does not waive its right to enforce it later.
15.5. Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the Server Rules and the third-party terms it refers to, is the entire agreement between you and Stegripe regarding the Servers.
15.6. Language. This Agreement is written in English. If it is translated, the English version prevails in case of any conflict.
